When it ships

Every frame is made to order. We print the relief, assemble the frame by hand and hand it to the courier within 1-2 business days of your order. If your plate has custom text, we email you a preview first and the clock starts when you approve it.

Where and how much

• Italy (also San Marino and Vatican City): €6.90, usually delivered in 2-5 business days.
• Europe (EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): €19.90, usually delivered in 4-8 business days.
• Free shipping on every order of €100 or more, in both zones.

You choose the zone before paying and see the exact shipping cost at checkout. Every parcel is tracked: you get the tracking link by email when it leaves.

Outside the EU

For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, the local customs office may charge import VAT or duties on delivery. These are set by your country, are not included in our price and are paid by the recipient.

Arrived damaged?

Frames travel in a rigid box with corner protection. If yours arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo of the frame and of the box and we send a new one at no cost. See Returns for everything else.
